Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on xrforget.com.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is fulfilled by contacting us at contact@xrforget.com or +380 953 756 5708. If the order has already been processed, cancellation may not be possible.

Refunds

Under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023, you have the right to a refund if goods or services are defective or not as described. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, unless a longer period is required by law.

We will process approved refunds within 14 days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Refundable Items

Digital products, personalized items, and gift cards are non-refundable unless defective.

Email contact@xrforget.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions.

Legal Compliance

We comply with the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015, which requires full legal identification of the seller. We also comply with the Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language" No. 2704-VIII of 25.04.2019, providing information in Ukrainian. For cookie use, we comply with the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications" No. 1089-IX of 16.12.2020 and the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 3150-IX of 10.06.2023.
