Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your booking and participation in wellness retreats operated by xrforget.com ("we", "us"). By booking, you agree to these Terms.

2. Booking and Payment

Bookings are made via our website or by contacting us. A booking is confirmed when we receive the required deposit. Full payment is due before the retreat start date. Prices are in UAH or EUR as indicated. We reserve the right to cancel a booking and refund payments if the retreat cannot be operated.

3. Consumer Protection

Your rights as a consumer are protected by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023. We provide clear pre-contract information on the seller, price, terms, and dispute resolution. You may address complaints to us using the contact details above. Unresolved disputes may be brought before the courts of Ukraine.

4. Personal Data and Cookies

We process personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 3150-IX of 10.06.2023. We rely on your explicit consent for processing. Cookies and similar technologies are used as described in our Privacy Policy. Storing or accessing information on your device requires informed prior consent, except for strictly necessary cookies, under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications" No. 1089-IX of 16.12.2020 and Law No. 3150-IX.

5. Language

Under the Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language" No. 2704-VIII of 25.04.2019, information about services for consumers in Ukraine must be provided in Ukrainian. A Ukrainian-language version of these Terms and related information is available on request by contacting us.

6. Tourism Services

Where we organize travel services, we comply with the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 324/95-VR of 15.09.1995. We provide accurate information about the tour organizer. If registration or licensing is required, details are available on request.

7. Advertising of Wellness Services

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996, we do not make misleading or unsubstantiated health claims. Wellness services are not medical treatments. Results may vary.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page.
