Every enquiry is answered in writing

Send the retreat name, your preferred dates and the number of guests. A person reads the enquiry, checks the lodge and the scheduled thermal pool and sauna sessions at the partner facility, then answers you directly by email or phone.

There is no instant checkout on this site. Nothing is charged at the moment you send the form. Availability is confirmed case by case, because retreats are capped at 12 guests with a guide-to-guest ratio of 1:6 on walks.

1. You send the enquiry form with your dates and group size.
2. We confirm dates and send a written summary of nights, inclusions, exclusions and an indicative price per person in UAH.
3. You pay a deposit only after that written confirmation arrives.

If your dates are already taken, we will suggest the nearest alternative departure from our retreat list.
